
Warm cocktails delight during the cool winter season. This ginger hot toddy will warm you from your nose to your toes. Pair with a homemade gingersnap for an extra special treat.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger juice
- 4-6 ounces black tea
- 1 ounce bourbon whiskey
- Slices of fresh ginger
- Anise seed
- Cinnamon stick
Method:
- In a heatproof glass mix the honey, ginger juice, bourbon together.
- Pour over hot black tea.
- Garnish with fresh ginger slices, cinnamon stick and anise seed.
