I’m enjoying a cocktail with a kick! This Michelada cocktail is just the type of beverage for those wanting to spice up their cocktail routine. And with savory beverage you can go to town with fun garnishes. Shrimp? Cilantro? Avocado? Yes, please!
I served my beverage with some tasty appetizers, shrimp cocktail canapés and some jalapeno poppers!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lime
- coarse salt
- 2 dashes Worcestershire
- 1 dash soy sauce
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 12 ounces dark Mexican beer
Method:
- Squeeze the juice from the lime and reserve.
- Salt the rim of a highball glass by rubbing the lime on the glass and then dipping in salt.
- Fill your glass with ice.
- Add lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce, and pepper.
- Pour in beer and stir.
- Garnish with your choice of toppings.
