
A sparkling, fresh punch will become the essential watering hole at your next party.
This punch combines fresh fruity flavors, a little kick of ginger, and bubbles courtesy of dry Prosecco. I have kicked into full party mode and am serving this thirst quenching cocktail with not one, not two, but three hors d’oeuvres: Anchovy Deviled Eggs, Port Glazed Pigs in a Blanket, and Gougères.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 750 ml bottle of Prosecco, or other dry sparkling wine
- 1 cup vodka
- 2 cups ginger ale (or ginger beer for a stronger flavor)
- 2 oranges sliced, for garnish
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, for garnish
Method:
- Make sure all your ingredients are well chilled before mixing.
- Fill your punch bowl or pitcher with ice.
- Add your cranberry juice, orange juice, Prosecco, vodka, and ginger ale.
- Add the orange slices and fresh cranberries, and stir gently.
