Frappé

The Greek 🇬🇷 frappé, φραπές is a coffee beverage that is as sweet and fluffy as a puppy dog! A frappé is easy to make and perfect for warm sunny days. I was able to sneak a taste and it was mmmm good! Stay caffeinated my friends – Barista Baylee 🐕❤️☕️

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 3 tablespoons warm water
  • milk (amount based on personal preference)
  • ice

Method:

  1. Mix the instant coffee, sugar, and water in a cocktail shaker or add to a tall glass if using a milk frother wand.
  2. Shake or froth the mixture to create a thick foam.
  3. Add milk and shake again.
  4. If using a cocktail shaker, pour into a tall glass.
  5. Add ice and enjoy!
