
The quintessential winter drink, it’s got lovely seasonal spices and a slight sweetness from some brown sugar and of course delicious rum! Let’s put the “rum” in “pa rum pum pum pum”! 🥁. Cheers – Bartender Baylee
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Butter
Dash of ground Cinnamon
Dash of ground Nutmeg
Dash of ground Allspice
Splash of Vanilla
2 oz rum
5 ounces hot water
Method:
Add the brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and spices to a mug or heat-proof glass, (I think an Irish Coffee glass works perfectly for this beverage) and mix well. Pour in the rum and top it with hot water. Stir and garnish the beverage with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
