
An autumnal delight! When the days are getting chillier, and it’s the season of cold noses and toes, it’s time to warm up with a lovely cozy mug of hot rum cider. Cheers – Bartender Baylee
Ingredients:
Unfiltered apple cider
Allspice berries
Cloves
Cinnamon Stick
1 oz gold rum
Orange slice
Method:
In a small saucepan add cider and spices. Bring to a simmer and cook for a few minutes to bring out the spice flavour. Pour rum into a heat proof glass or mug. Pour over cider. Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange slice. Enjoy!
