Nothing gets the party or morning started quite like a festive Mimosa.

It’s not brunch without champagne and orange juice! Freezing fresh squeezed juice into ice cubes ahead of time extends the celebration life of this beverage. Pop in some color with raspberries or other fruits and to add even more pizazz, pour a splash of Cointreau for extra citrus flavor.
Ingredients:
- 3 orange juice frozen cubes
- Champagne or other white sparkling wine
- Optional: fresh berries and Cointreau
Method:
- Freeze orange juice in an ice cube tray overnight.
- Drop a couple of cubes into your glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Optional: top with a splash of Cointreau for extra flavour.
