Let’s Get Fizzical! Pomegranate Spritz Cocktail

It’s not a party until someone pops the bubbly! Here I am enjoying this refreshing fizzy cocktail with some crisp endive hors d’oeuvres. Click here to get this scrumptious appetizer recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces chilled sparkling wine
  • 3 ounces chilled pomegranate juice
  • splash of Cointreau (optional)
  • pomegranate seeds, for garnish

Method:

  1. In a champagne flute or your prefered cocktail glass, combine the sparkling wine, pomegranate juice and Cointreau if using.
  2. Garnish with some pomegranate seeds.
