
These little toasts are packed with flavor. Sweet caramelized honey, salty feta, warming Aleppo pepper flakes and floral oregano make a winning canapé.
Ingredients:
- Aleppo Pepper Flakes
- Sheep’s milk Feta
- Honey
- Toast crackers
- Marcona almonds
- Fresh oregano
- Olive oil
Method:
- Cut feta into 1 inch cubes.
- Place feta cubes on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle each cube with Aleppo pepper flakes.
- Pour honey and a tiny sprinkle of olive oil over each cube.
- Broil the feta until golden browned.
- Place a cube of feta on top of each toast cracker.
- Top with a Marcona almond and oregano leaves.
