Aleppo Honey Feta Toasts

These little toasts are packed with flavor. Sweet caramelized honey, salty feta, warming Aleppo pepper flakes and floral oregano make a winning canapé.

Ingredients:

  • Aleppo Pepper Flakes
  • Sheep’s milk Feta
  • Honey
  • Toast crackers
  • Marcona almonds
  • Fresh oregano
  • Olive oil

Method:

  1. Cut feta into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Place feta cubes on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle each cube with Aleppo pepper flakes.
  4. Pour honey and a tiny sprinkle of olive oil over each cube.
  5. Broil the feta until golden browned.
  6. Place a cube of feta on top of each toast cracker.
  7. Top with a Marcona almond and oregano leaves.
