Anchovy Deviled Eggs

An easy appetizer with items you already have at home. Zest up classic deviled eggs with chopped herbs and anchovies.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Whole grain mustard
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Black pepper
  • Anchovies
  • Smoked paprika

Method:

  1. Boil eggs for 12 minutes in boiling water.
  2. Take eggs out and plunge in an ice bath.
  3. Peel eggs and cut in half. Separate the yolks and place in a small bowl.
  4. Mash up the cooked yolks.
  5. Add mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, chopped herbs, and ground black pepper to the yolks.
  6. Fill each egg white with the yolk mixture.
  7. Lay a whole or half anchovy on each egg.
  8. Sprinkle smoked paprika on top.
