
An easy appetizer with items you already have at home. Zest up classic deviled eggs with chopped herbs and anchovies.
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Mayonnaise
- Whole grain mustard
- Parsley
- Chives
- Black pepper
- Anchovies
- Smoked paprika
Method:
- Boil eggs for 12 minutes in boiling water.
- Take eggs out and plunge in an ice bath.
- Peel eggs and cut in half. Separate the yolks and place in a small bowl.
- Mash up the cooked yolks.
- Add mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, chopped herbs, and ground black pepper to the yolks.
- Fill each egg white with the yolk mixture.
- Lay a whole or half anchovy on each egg.
- Sprinkle smoked paprika on top.
