Endive Hors d’Oeuvre

This canapé is easy to make, stunning to look at, and has a lovely fresh taste.

Ingredients:

  • Endive Leaves
  • Cream Cheese
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Black Pepper
  • Caraway Seeds
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Garlic
  • Zest of a lemon
  • Radishes
  • Salmon Roe

Method:

  1. Make the cream cheese mixture. Combine a block of cream cheese with chopped parsley, chopped chives, ground black pepper, minced garlic, splash of Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest and caraway seeds.
  2. Spread some of the cheese mixture on each endive leaf.
  3. Garnish with a slice of radish and a small spoon of salmon roe.
