
This canapé is easy to make, stunning to look at, and has a lovely fresh taste.
Ingredients:
- Endive Leaves
- Cream Cheese
- Parsley
- Chives
- Black Pepper
- Caraway Seeds
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Garlic
- Zest of a lemon
- Radishes
- Salmon Roe
Method:
- Make the cream cheese mixture. Combine a block of cream cheese with chopped parsley, chopped chives, ground black pepper, minced garlic, splash of Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest and caraway seeds.
- Spread some of the cheese mixture on each endive leaf.
- Garnish with a slice of radish and a small spoon of salmon roe.
