
With store bought puff pastry, these little cocktail piggies in a blanket are super simple to make and a perfect accompaniment to a holiday cocktail.
Ingredients:
- Puff Pastry
- Ruby Port
- Cocktail sausages
- Whole grain mustard
- Sage leaves
- 1 Egg

Method:
- In a frying pan, brown the cocktail sausages.
- Add a splash of port to the pan and cook down until you have a sticky glaze on the sausages.
- Roll out prepared puff pastry and cut into 1 in by 4 in strips.
- Add a small amount of whole grain mustard to each puff pastry strip.
- Place a cocktail sausage at the end of each strip and roll the pastry around it. Seal the end with a bit of water.
- Egg wash each sausage roll and add a small sage leaf on top.
- Bake until browned in a 375 degree oven.
